At Web Technology Codes Software Services LLP, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.
2. Project-Based Services
2.1 Before Project Commencement
- Full Refund: If you cancel before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment made, minus any non-refundable consultation or setup fees (if applicable).
2.2 After Project Commencement
- Partial Refund: If you cancel after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
- Work Delivered: All completed work up to the cancellation date will be delivered to you.
- No Refund: No refund is available for completed milestones that have been approved and delivered.
2.3 Milestone Payments
For projects with milestone-based payments:
- Payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
- Payments for milestones not yet started are fully refundable
- Payments for milestones in progress are partially refundable based on work completed
3. Dedicated Resource/Retainer Services
- Monthly Retainers: Retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun
- Unused Hours: Unused hours from a retainer package do not roll over and are not refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement
- Early Termination: 30 days written notice is required; no refund for the notice period
4. Circumstances for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Failure: If we fail to deliver agreed services due to our fault
- Significant Delays: Delays exceeding 60 days beyond agreed timeline due to our fault
- Quality Issues: If delivered work substantially fails to meet agreed specifications and cannot be remedied
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Discovery and consultation fees
- Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
- Domain registrations and hosting fees
- Design work that has been approved
- Completed and approved milestones
- Rush fees and expedited delivery charges
6. Refund Process
- Request: Submit a refund request in writing to billing@webtechnologycodes.com
- Review: We will review your request within 5 business days
- Assessment: We will assess work completed and calculate any applicable refund
- Resolution: You will receive our decision and, if approved, refund details within 10 business days
- Payment: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter. We are committed to fair resolution of all disputes.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will not affect projects already in progress under previously agreed terms.
